IP Office Basic Edition - Phone Based Admin

PBX System Mode Only
IP Office Basic Edition systems can be installed in either key or PBX system mode. This feature is only supported by systems running in PBX system mode. The setting is ignored by systems running in key system mode.

This option sets the digit which, when dialed as the first digit, indicates that the call is intended to be external and should be routed by comparing the remaining dialed digits against the call out settings.

The default setting depends on the system locale. 9 is the default setting for systems with the Locale setting of United States. 0 is the default setting for systems with the Locale setting Germany. All other locales default to no external dialing prefix.
