Verrouiller votre poste |
Vous pouvez utiliser la fonction de verrouillage pour empêcher toute personne non autorisée d'effectuer des appels extérieurs à partir de votre poste, lorsque vous êtes absent de votre bureau. L'utilisateur du premier poste du système peut déverrouiller les postes sans avoir besoin du code de verrouillage. Ceci peut être fait à l'aide de la Fonction 22.
Verrouiller votre poste
| 1. | Appuyez sur Fonction 936. |
| 2. | Composez un code de quatre chiffres compris entre 0 et 9. |
| 3. | Composez à nouveau ce code de quatre chiffres. |
Déverrouiller votre poste
| 1. | Appuyez sur Fonction 936. |
| 2. | Composez le code de quatre chiffres utilisé pour verrouiller le poste. |
