BST Phones

The term BST is used in this document to cover M-Series and T-Series phones supported the IP Office Essential Edition - IP Office Essential Edition - Basic Edition system.

The M7324, M7324N, M7310, M7310N, T7316 and T7316E phones can be used for system and extension programming as detailed below.

 

System Administration

The following method is used to enter system administration mode. It is only supported on the first two extensions in the system.

1.At either of the first two extensions on the system, with the phone idle, press feature small Feature **config (ie. Feature **266344).
If the system has a system password set, it is requested. Enter the password.
2.The phone displays System Admin.

 

Centralized Administration

The following method is used to enter centralized administration mode. It is only supported on the first two extensions in the system.

a.At a system administration extension (the first two extensions on the system); with the phone idle press feature small Feature **user (ie. Feature **8737).
If the system has a system password set, it is requested. Enter the password.
b.At the Extension: prompt enter the extension number of the extension you want to program.

 

Telephone Programming

The following method is used to enter telephone programming mode. This mode can be used on any extension.

a.Press feature small Feature and dial *1 or *2 or *3.
If the system has a system password set, it is requested. Enter the password.
