Premendo il tasto CUFFIE si risponde a una chiamata mediante le cuffie.

Il pulsante si illumina quando è in corso una chiamata in cuffia.

Il tasto può anche essere premuto per trasformare una chiamata a cui si è risposto tramite il ricevitore o in modalità Vivavoce in una chiamata in cuffia.

Se al momento non si è collegati a una chiamata:

Se il ricevitore è sollevato, rispondendo a una chiamata premendo il pulsante identificativo di avviso si risponde alla chiamata mediante il ricevitore.

Se il ricevitore è agganciato, rispondendo a una chiamata premendo il pulsante identificativo di avviso si risponde alla chiamata mediante l'altoparlante o le cuffie, se sono connesse, a seconda dell'ultima modalità usata in una chiamata.
•
Se è già in corso una chiamata in cuffia e si risponde a un'altra chiamata premendo il pulsante identificativo, si risponderà in cuffia anche a questa chiamata.
