メールボックスのあいさつ

ボイスメールシステムで発呼者に、メッセージの録音を促す一般的なあいさつを再生させる一方で、ユーザーは自分のあいさつを録音することができます。

1.key messages ［メッセージ］ボタンを押します。 システムの設定方法によっては、ボイスメールのパスワードを入力して、［完了］ソフトキーを押すことを要求される場合があります。 ［ビジュアルボイス］メニューが表示されます。
2. up arrow 上／下 down arrow 矢印キーで、［あいさつ］オプションをスクロールします。
2.［選択］ソフトキーまたは［OK］を押します。
3.ソフトキーを使用して、メールボックスのあいさつを再生したり、録音したりします。
•再生
現在のあいさつまたは録音したばかりの新しいあいさつを再生します。
•録音
新しいあいさつを録音します。 あいさつは 3 秒以上を録音してください。あいさつが短いとボイスメールシステムに破棄されますのでご注意ください。
•その他
利用できるさまざまなソフトキー機能を切り替えます。
•送信
新しい録音をメールボックスのあいさつとして送信します。
•削除
現在のメールボックスのあいさつを削除します。 ボイスメールには、デフォルトのあいさつが使用されます。
