ボイスメール

メールボックス名

次の手順を使用して、メールボックス名を録音します。 この機能は、内蔵ボイスメールを使用するシステムでのみ利用できます。

1.key messages ［メッセージ］ボタンを押します。 システムの設定方法によっては、ボイスメールのパスワードを入力して、［完了］ソフトキーを押すことを要求される場合があります。 ［ビジュアルボイス］メニューが表示されます。
2. up arrow 上／下 down arrow 矢印キーで、［名前］オプションをスクロールします。
2.［選択］ソフトキーまたは［OK］を押します。
3.ソフトキーを使用して、メールボックス名を再生したり、録音したりします。
•再生
現在の名前または録音したばかりの名前を再生します。
•録音
新しい名前を録音します。
•その他
利用できるさまざまなソフトキー機能を切り替えます。
•送信
新しい録音をメールボックス名として送信します。
•削除
現在のメールボックス名を削除します。 ボイスメールには、デフォルトの名前が使用されます。
