ボタンのプログラム

このプロセスを使用して、機能を選択し、機能キーに適用します。 また、これを使用して既存の機能を交換したり、削除したりすることもできます。

1.［機能］ソフトキーが表示されている場合はそれを押します。
•通話中にメニューにアクセスするには、right arrow 右矢印キーを押すか、 key phone ［電話］キーを押してから［機能］ソフトキーを押します。
2. up arrow 上／下 down arrow 矢印キーで、［電話ユーザー］オプションまでディスプレイをスクロールします。
3.［選択］ソフトキー、［OK］ボタン、または right arrow 右矢印キーを押します。
4. up arrow 上／下 down arrow 矢印キーで、［個人管理］オプションまでディスプレイをスクロールします。
5.［選択］ソフトキー、［OK］ボタン、または right arrow 右矢印キーを押します。
6.ログインコードを入力します。
7.［完了］ソフトキーを押します。
8.これで、メニューと button ボタンの組み合わせにより、機能を選択してボタンに適用することができます。
9.ボタンの確認／削除:
a. button ボタンを押して、そのボタンに現在プログラムされている機能を確認します。
b.機能を削除するには、［削除］を押します。メニューに戻るには［戻る］を押します。
10.ボタンのプログラム:
a. up arrow上／下 のdown arrow矢印キーを使って、ボタンに適用する機能までディスプレイをスクロールして、［選択］を押します。
b.機能にデータが必要な場合（例えば、内線番号やダイヤルする番号）は、その番号をダイヤルします。
c.機能を割り当てる button ボタンを押します。
d.ボタンにすでに機能が設定されている場合は、既存の機能を置き換えるかどうかを確認するプロンプトが表示されます。 置き換えるときは［置換］を押します。
e.［戻る］を押します。
11.プロセスを繰り返して、別のボタンをプログラムするか、［戻る］の次に［終了］を押して終了します。

アクセス制御

システム管理者は、ユーザーがこのメニューオプションにアクセスできるかどうかを設定できます。 ｢メニューアクセス制御｣を参照してください。
