このタイプのボタンは別のユーザーのステータスを監視するときに使用できます。 ボタンランプはユーザーのステータスを示します。
| • | オフ = 応対可能 このボタンを押すと、ユーザーに通話を発信します。 ユーザーへの発信に加え、ユーザーボタンを使用して、ユーザーに通話を転送したり、ユーザーと会議を開始したりすることができます。 |
| • | 低速点滅 = 呼び出し中 このボタンを押すと、通話をピックアップするオプションが表示されます。 |
| • | 高速点滅 = 保留中 このボタンを押すと、次のさまざまなオプションが表示されます: |
| • | 発信 - ユーザーに発信します。 |
| • | メッセージ - ユーザーの電話で着信音を 1 回鳴らします。 ［電話してください］というメッセージに続いてご利用の内線番号も表示されます。 |
| • | ボイスメール - メッセージを残すために、ユーザーのボイスメールメールボックスを呼び出します。 |
| • | 自動コールバック - ユーザーに自動コールバックを設定します。 ユーザーが現在の通話を終了すると、コールバックが発生します。 |
次のオプションは、システム管理者がユーザーに設定している場合にのみ使用できます。
| • | 通話の切断 - ユーザーの現在の通話を切断します。 |
| • | 取得 - ユーザーの現在の通話を取得します。 |
| • | 割り込み - ユーザーの現在の通話に参加して、会議通話にします。 |
| • | 再生 - ユーザーの通話に対しサイレント監視を開始します。 |
