Using the Group Paging feature to IP Office extensions may result in IP Office extensions auto answering the next incoming call.

When Group Paging to the extensions and the page has completed, the speaker light at stations using the headset toggle remains lit. In the event that a call should be received at the extension, the call is automatically answered as if in Hands Free Answer mode. This can occur with either an internal or external call.
Extensions that have the Headset Toggle option enabled, at the time of the page, will not disconnect the speaker once the page has been completed.
The current solution is to remove those stations that use headsets from the paging group. This issue is currently under investigation and a fix will be provided in a future release of IP Office software.
