When multiple User BLF buttons are programmed on 4600 series handsets, the programmed BLF buttons will no longer light when a user is busy.

User BLF keys on 4600 series handsets do not light when multiple buttons are programmed and the programmed users station goes off hook.
This has been confirmed as a software issue with IP Office 1.3 (30), (32).
A fix will be made in a future release of 1.3 software. There is no known work around.
