With the recent release of the IP Office 1.2 software Avaya would like to clarify that the VMPro version of 1.2 is compatible with both IP Office core software 1.0 (60) and 1.2. As detailed in the Technical Bulletin 004 there have been a number of field issues that have been addressed in both the core software and the VMPro. If there are any customers who have issues with either unit then we advise that an upgrade to the latest software version should be made at the next maintenance visit.
