Following issues identified in the field, some end users are running both Phone Manager and eConsole on the same PC - this is resulting in display anomalies on the Phone Manager. The conflict can be resolved by uninstalling one or other of the applications.
Running both applications on the same PC is not a supported method of operation due to the open nature of communication between the IP Office switch and the applications concerned. Errors will occur when they are run simultaneously on the same PC.
