Following a number of field issues relating to the Auto Attendant of VMPro the following conditions will apply to the menu action.
Currently the Auto Attendant supports 15 key presses, one for the entry point and fourteen exit points.
This functionality is design intent and will not be subject to change. The VMPro manual will be updated in the next release to reflect this.
