When using the iPhoneManager ONLY the number keys on your keyboard will send out DTMF tones.
Example Scenario:
When accessing the Audix voicemail to listen to a message, if you wish to delete that message you are instructed to press *D. In order to do this you must look to see what number is normally shared with that alpha numeric character on a telephone Keypad, and then on your keyboard press the corresponding numerical digit. For this example that would be *3 vs. *D.
Additional Note: This ONLY applies to the iPhoneManager, if you are running the PhoneManager Lite or Pro versions NO DTMF digits are sent out through key presses on the computer keyboard.
