024: Monitor Application - Unable to Specify a Port Number

Clarification of the Monitor application functionality:

Entering a specific port number under the "Settings / Call" or the "Settings / ISDN" options in the Monitor application is not supported on any level of IP Office Software.

The option to enter a specific port number will be removed from the application in a future software release; the option was superseded and improved upon by the addition of filtering within the Monitor application.

This filtering is available from the "Edit / Filter" drop down menu or by high-lighting the desired extension number within the trace and pressing the "F4" Key - this will display every occurrence of the extension number (or anything that is high-lighted within the trace) in a separate window, therefore giving improved flexibility when filtering for specific information within a trace file.
