Issues within CCC historical reporting may be experienced when the customer configuration has been configured with duplicated information.
In this example, the clips below show a customer configuration with two PRI circuits. If the "Telephone Number" fields are populated with duplicate information, this may cause fewer calls to be counted within the reports. This applies to any line type.
To overcome this issue, please ensure that any information entered into these fields is unique.
