073: 5402 Programming Feature Buttons

23rd June 2005 - Full PDF Text Version

If users are having issues programming feature buttons on the 5402 terminal, they need to be sure that they are using Manager Version 5.0 1.5685 or higher.

If they do not have this version they will only be able to program buttons A and B via the display on the terminal.

Buttons 1 and 2 in the user button programming in the Manager application are buttons A and B on the terminal.

On the terminal itself, dial pad buttons 1 through to # are represented by buttons 4 to 15 in the user button programming in the Manager application (button 3 in the user button programming is skipped). For example, button 2 on the terminal is button 5 in the user programming, button 9 on the terminal is button 12 in the user programming.

To use these Feature Buttons, press Feature and the corresponding button on the dial pad on the terminal.
