IP Office Compact Contact Center (CCC) Delta server will not connect to the IP Office and reports ‘comms failure’ when non-alphanumeric characters are entered in the user name or full name field for users or in the name field of groups.
Examples of non-alphanumeric characters include commas, slashes, quotes, @ or "-".
Permitted characters include: a-z, A-Z, and the space character.
CCC requires a unique name for users and groups. A hunt group cannot have the same name as a user’s full name or user name.
Hunt Groups names should use 12 or fewer characters.
