Avaya has identified an issue with a small number of IP Office Small Office Edition Memory cards that were recently shipped to our Business Partners.
A manufacturing change to a batch of these cards has resulted in the SML OFF 64MB Memory Card (Avaya ID 700289721) being incompatible with IP Office Small Office Edition systems.
A single batch of 300 components has been affected by this issue, of which 266 have been shipped to our customers.
The affected cards can be identified from the Avaya ID number and serial number as follows:-
Avaya ID: 700289721
Serial number range affected: All units start with 05ST32******
In addition, this is the first batch to be packaged in a clear plastic holder.
All affected cards should be returned for replacement as per the DOA returns process.
Please contact your supplier who will organise the return/DOA and a new order will be required for any replacements.
