140: Avaya IP Office Line Card may register incorrectly

After inserting a new line card in an IP Office, the card may display in the configuration file in the line section as a line card other than that installed. The cause of this is the improper seating of the line card in the IP Office. Make sure all pins are properly aligned before applying power to the IP Office.
