An issue has been reported to Avaya concerning Mobile Twinning on IP Office software version 3.2.57.
Calls to a user fail to ring the twinned extension; these calls will ring the base phone before covering to voicemail after the normal timers expire.
A workaround for this issue is to ensure that the check box "Forwarded calls eligible for mobile twinning" is selected for each twinned user. This option is available under the User/Twinning tab in the Manager application.
Alternatively a private build, version 3.2.572801 is available to resolve this issue.
A fix will be included in a future maintenance release.
