Avaya wish to clarify the Power Fail ports on an IP Office 500 system. The IP Office Installation Manual states when an IP500 analog extension base card is fitted with an IP500 Analog Trunk daughter card, during power fail the first extension port (port 1) is connected to the first analog trunk (port 9). This is incorrect; the power fail circuit is analog extension port 8 and the last analog trunk (port 12).
