189: Invalid SMTP Email Address Prevents Delta Server and Archiver from Connecting to IP Office

An invalid SMTP email address in the Voicemail Email field for any User in Manager will prevent Delta Server and the Archiver from connecting to the IP Office. To resolve the issue use only valid SMTP addresses.

Example of an invalid SMTP address (using a comma) name@example,com
Example of a valid SMTP address (using a dot or period) name@example.com

Delta Server will not connect to the IP Office and will show the following information:
Comms Status: Init (Comms will appear just below the Orange Delta Server name.)

Delta Server Event Viewer will also show the following error:
USER Decode LIST Failed EConvertError '$0,' is not a valid integer value
