For each major IP Offfice release we make a documentation set available (frequently also known as the 'Documentation CD' or 'Documentation DVD').

What Information is Not Included?

A number of sections of the IP Office Knowledgebase are not included on the Documentation DVD, primarily in order to keep the file size down. The sections not included are:

• Application Notes

• Technical Bulletins and Tips

• Tutorials

• Picture library

• Non-English material

• Documentation for associated products that have their own downloadable documentation sets.

How Often is the Documentation Set Updated?

Unlike the actual IP Office Knowledgebase, the documentation set is a snapshot of the documentation available on the GA date of the IP Office release. The downloadable ZIP version of the documentation set is only occasionally updated. However, no further updates are made once the next release of IP Office software occurs.
