Media Manager Call Recordings Refresh

Immediate following an upgrade, the Media Manager database of call recording is out of synch with the actual set of call recordings.


1.After restarting, the server automatically scans the additional drive containing recordings in order verify the recordings database. Completion of this depends on the number of recordings and can take a couple of hours. However, it is a one-time process following the upgrade.
