In some instances during trial upgrades, it has been found that the Media Manager settings were lost during the upgrade. The cause for this is failing are:

Not having the Media Manager service running prior to the server being shutdown.

Not shutting down the server by using its web control menus on port :7071.

Resolution

1.Ensure that the Media Manager service has been started. Check by accessing the service settings in IP Office Web Manager (Applications | Media Manager).

2.Shutdown the server using the System | Shutdown command shown in the server's web control menus on port :7071.
