Media Manager Settings Missing
In some instances during trial upgrades, it has been found that the Media Manager settings were lost during the upgrade. The cause for this is failing are:
•Not having the Media Manager service running prior to the server being shutdown.
•Not shutting down the server by using its web control menus on port :7071.
1.Ensure that the Media Manager service has been started. Check by accessing the service settings in IP Office Web Manager (Applications | Media Manager).
2.Shutdown the server using the System | Shutdown command shown in the server's web control menus on port :7071.
