IP Office R11.1 SP2 uses Opus file format for new call recordings. Whilst this is supported by Media Manager, it is not compatible with some other call recording archiving solutions, for example for example Avaya Call Recording or XIMA.
1.Using IP Office Web Manager, access the system configuration.
2.Select Applications | Voicemail Pro - System Preferences and select the server running the voicemail service.
3.If using a call recording archiving solution other than Media Manager, set the Archive Solution setting to External.
5.Restart the IP Office service.
