The Windows server based versions of Voicemail Pro and one-X Portal for IP Office are not supported in R11.1. For existing IP Office systems using those products and wanting to upgrade to R11.1, the options are to:
1.Install an Unified Communications Module or IP Office Application Server with the Voicemail Pro service enabled.
2.Backup the R11.0 Windows Voicemail Pro data using the Voicemail Pro client.
3.Restore the data onto the Linux-based R11.1 server (the Unified Communications Module or IP Office Application Server).
1.For R11.1, access to the voicemail server using the Voicemail Pro client is disabled by default. To enable client access, in web manager, the Application | Voicemail Pro - System Preferences | Enable Voicemail Pro Client Interface option must be enabled.
2.We have not provided any process for migration of the one-X Portal for IP Office settings. The portal service should be configured as a new service. If the customer wants to retain any settings such as widgets, they need to be manually exported and then re-imported.
