The outgoing calls that you can make are subject to the your IP Office configuration settings. On some phones, the call log shown by the phone and the redial function uses information stored by the phone. When that is the case, they will typically not include calls made using one-X Portal.

Some phones allow actions such as entering the number to call without going off-hook. This is called en-bloc dialing. The IP Office system, and therefore the one-X Portal, is unaware of such activity until the prepared digits are sent from the phone to the telephone system.

This typically applies to phones on a DECT system and to SIP phones.

Avaya phones such as 9600 and J100 Series phones can be optionally set to use en-bloc dialing.

The off-hook status of a 1100 Series phones is not reflected in one-X Portal.
