Simultaneous Phones

The IP Office system allows some users to make and answer calls on using several telephone devices at the same time.

In this case, whilst the portal can still be used to make and answer calls, it is not possible to predict on which telephone the call will be connected.Therefore, when using one-X Portal to control the answering and making of calls, we recommend that the user is only logged in on one telephone device.
