此电话要求独立的电源，使用 Avaya 1151D1 或 1151D2 电源装置和电线或 802.3af 以太网供电 (PoE) 源。为了符合 RoHS 要求，4601 已被 4601+ 取代，但是两个电话在功能上相同。
