将许可证文件添加至 SD 卡

对于 IP500 V2 控制单元，如果在 IP Office 启动时使用的 SD 卡文件夹中找到名为 keys.txt 的许可证文件，IP Office 会将该文件中的许可证与其配置合并。

文件应为纯文本文件 (UTF8)，包含：

•	每行一对逗号分隔的许可证名称和许可证密钥。
