备份主文件夹

此过程将系统 SD 卡上的 /primary 文件夹的内容复制至 /backup 文件夹。任何文件名称匹配的文件都将会被替换。

此过程将会花费大约 6 分钟的时间。

 

使用 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器）

1.使用 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器），选择 File（文件）| Embedded File Management（嵌入式文件管理）。
2.使用 Select IP Office（选择 IP Office）菜单，选择 IP Office 系统。
3.内存卡的文件内容将会显示。
4.选择 File（文件）| Backup System Files（备份系统文件）。
•系统 SD 卡上的 /primary 文件夹中的内容将会被复制至 /backup 文件夹。此过程将会花费大约 6 分钟的时间。

 

使用 System Status（系统状态）应用程序

1.启动 System Status（系统状态）并访问 IP Office 的状态输出。
2.在导航面板中选择 System（系统）。
3.在屏幕底部选择 Backup System Files（备份系统文件）。
•系统 SD 卡上的 /primary 文件夹中的内容将会被复制至 /backup 文件夹。此过程将会花费大约 6 分钟的时间。

 

使用 System Phone（系统电话）

通过 1400、1600、2400、4600、5400、5600 或 9600 电话（XX01、XX02 和 XX03 型号除外），配置为 System Phone（系统电话）用户的用户可以使用此过程。用户的 Login Code（登录代码）用于限制电话上的系统管理功能的访问。

1.选择 Features（功能）| Phone User（电话用户）| System Admin（系统管理员）。
2.输入您的 IP Office 用户登录码。
3.从菜单中选择 Memory Card（内存卡）。
4.选择 System Backup（系统备份）。
•系统 SD 卡上的 /primary 文件夹中的内容将会被复制至 /backup 文件夹。此过程将会花费大约 6 分钟的时间。
