卡关闭

在从正在运行的 IP Office 系统中卸除内存卡之前，应先将卡关闭。在系统正在运行时卸除内存卡可能会导致文件损坏。

关闭内存卡将会禁用所有由内存卡提供的功能，包括嵌入式语音邮件。对于 IP500 V2 系统，内存卡许可的功能将会继续运行最多 2 个小时。

通过重新插入卡或使用 Start Up（启动）命令，可以重新启动卡服务。

 

通过 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器）关闭卡

1.用 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器），选择 File（文件）| Advanced（高级）| Memory Card Commands（内存卡命令）| Shutdown（关闭）。
2.使用 Select IP Office（选择 IP Office）菜单，选择含内存卡的 IP Office 系统。
3.单击 OK（确定）。
•请确认位于控制单元背部的相应内存卡 LED 已熄灭。
•此时可以将卡卸除，以便进行所需的维护操作。

 

使用 System Status（系统状态）应用程序关闭卡

1.启动 System Status（系统状态）并访问 IP Office 的状态输出。
2.在导航面板中选择 System（系统）。
3.选择 Memory Cards（内存卡）。
4.选择 System Card（系统卡）或 Optional Card（可选卡）。
5.在屏幕底部选择 Shutdown（关闭）。
•请确认位于控制单元背部的相应内存卡 LED 已熄灭。
•此时可以将卡卸除，以便进行所需的维护操作。

 

通过 System Phone（系统电话）关闭卡

通过 1400、1600、2400、4600、5400、5600 或 9600 电话（XX01、XX02 和 XX03 型号除外），配置为 System Phone（系统电话）用户的用户可以使用此过程。用户的 Login Code（登录代码）用于限制电话上的系统管理功能的访问。

1.选择 Features（功能）| Phone User（电话用户）| System Admin（系统管理员）。
2.输入您的 IP Office 用户登录码。
3.从菜单中选择 Memory Card（内存卡）。
4.选择系统 SD 卡的 System（系统）或可选 SD 卡的 Option（选项）。
5.选择 Shutdown（关闭）。
•请确认位于控制单元背部的相应内存卡 LED 已熄灭。
•此时可以将卡卸除，以便进行所需的维护操作。
