ContactStore

Voicemail Pro 可用于手动和自动呼叫录音。通常，这些录音放在为正在录制其呼叫的用户或寻线组指定的信箱中，然后作为正常留言处理。Contact Store 允许将这些记录重定向至 ContactStore PC 上的数据库中。这使得可以从用户留言中单独归档和搜索录音。用户可通过 Web 浏览器访问 Contact Store。此应用程序需要输入至 IP Office 配置的许可证条目。

•	最低硬盘可用空间增至 20GB* 并且奔腾处理器最低为 P4 2.8GHz。

•	*1：对于所有语音邮件服务器，每分钟应允许 1MB 空间以保存留言和问候语。

•	*2：每小时允许 7.2MB 空间，以便在 Contact Store 磁盘分区中录制。

•	录音和数据存放在 PostgresSQL 数据库中。在安装 Contact Store 软件过程中创建它。

•	ContactStore 在 32 位操作系统中不受支持。
