IP500 子卡准备

IP500 中继子卡可配接至任何 IP500 基卡（IP500 遗留载波卡除外）。对于 IP500 组合卡，中继子卡是预装的，不能更换。

1.	处理电路板时，应实行正确的防静电保护步骤。

所需零件和设备

1.	o IP500 基卡（IP500 遗留载波卡除外）。

2.	o IP500 中继子卡

3.	o 3 个支柱这些支柱是中继子卡附带的。

所需工具。

1.	o 5mm 平头螺丝刀。

2.	o 防静电腕带和接地点。

过程：安装 IP500 中继子卡

1.	检查提供的卡是否正确。

2.	请确保您正佩戴着防静电腕带，腕带已连接至适当的接地点。

3.	在基卡上确定 IP500 卡塑料支柱的 3 个孔的位置。这些孔与卡连接器位于同一边。

4.	将支柱与 IP500 基卡装配。

5.	如果基卡连接器块上有夹式金属屏蔽，请将其移除。

6.	以极轻的力道检查引脚是否已正确定位，将 IP500 中继卡按入其连接器块和支柱。

7.	检查卡连接器是否已卡扣到位。

8.	使用提供的垫片和螺丝将金属支柱固定至基卡。

9.	中继子卡配备了一组标签。请将适当的标签贴装至基卡正面。
