该模块有 16 端口和 30 端口两种变体，分别称为 IP500 Digital Station 16 和 IP500 Digital Station 30。

功能	细节
受支持环境	所有 IP Office 控制单元，Small Office Edition 除外。
区域设置	所有 IP Office 区域设置中均支持。
软件级别	IP Office 核心软件级别最低为 2.1(31)。Bin 文件 = nadcpV2.bin。
包括	电源装置（见下文）和扩展互连线缆。
电源	该模块随附有 3 引脚 60W 已接地外部电源模块。该电源装置具有一条完整的电源线，用于连接该模块的直流 I/P 插座。要求特定于现场的 IEC60320 C13 电源线以用于外部电源装置，但是该模块没有提供。
安装	该模块被设计为独立模块，可安装在其它 IP Office 模块的上面或下面。使用可选的 IP500 机架安装套件，可在 19" 机架系统中对该模块进行机架安装。

端口	说明
DC I/P	直流电源输入端口。用于连接扩展模块随附的 Avaya 60W 已接地外部电源装置的电线。要求特定于现场的 IEC60320 C13 电源线以用于外部电源装置，但是该模块没有提供。
DS	RJ45 插口。数字站端口。用于连接 IP Office 支持的 DS 电话。如果连接到建筑物外分机，除了建筑物主保护外，还应该通过额外的 IROB 隔离设备进行连接。该模块还必须连接到保护接地。
DTE	9-Way D 类插口。仅供 Avaya 使用。
扩展	RJ45 插口。使用该模块随附的扩展互连线缆，直接连接到 IP Office 控制单元的扩展端口。
	保护接地点。所有安装都要求使用保护接地，参见接地。如果该模块连接到另一栋建筑物的模拟分机，两端都需要 IP Office 电话隔离盒 V2 (101V)，参见防雷保护/建筑物外连接。

所有扩展模块随附有一个基本软件级别，并应升级以匹配 IP Office 系统中控制单元的核心软件。
