IP Office 管理软件

应用程序		说明
	Manager（管理器）	IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器）用于访问所有的 IP Office 配置。可以定义不同的访问级别，以便控制管理器用户可以查看和修改的配置内容。管理器还可用于升级 IP Office 系统所使用的软件文件。
	System Status（系统状态）	IP Office 系统状态应用程序 (SSA) 是一款报告工具，该工具提供了关于 IP Office 系统当前状态的大量信息。它可以报告系统内的可用资源和组件，以及正在进行的通话的详细信息。该工具将会记录警报数量详细信息，以及最近警报的日期时间等。要升级诊断时，SSA 能生成 IP Office 系统的状态快照映像，其中包括其当前配置的副本。使用 SSA，需要已在 IP Office 安全设置中为 System Status（系统状态）访问配置的 IP Office 服务用户名和密码。
	Monitor（监视器）	IP Office Monitor（IP Office 监视器），也称为 System Monitor（系统监视器），是一款可显示 IP Office 系统上的所有活动详细信息的工具。因此，解释监视器跟踪需要需要高水平的数据与语音通信协议知识。但是，所有的 IP Office 安装人员和维护人员都必须掌握如何运行监视器，因为 Avaya 为能解决支持问题，可能会要求提供监视器跟踪副本。
