Customer Call Reporter（客户呼叫报告器）

•	Customer Call Reporter 此应用程序安装在连接至 IP Office 的服务器 PC 上。使用 Web 浏览器，用户可以通过其 PC 访问应用程序。应用程序将会获取由 CCR 代理和组通过 IP Office 系统处理的呼叫的相关数据，并将该数据存储在 MS-SQL 数据库中。该应用程序最多支持 150 个代理和 75 个超级用户。
