| • | 如果组窗格（View（查看）| Group Pane（组窗格））出现在 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器）中，它会显示分机详细信息（ID、模块、端口和基础分机）。

| 3. | 选择分机并将其 Base Extension（基础分机）设置更改为 203，即现在与用户 B 的分机号码相符。如果 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器）被设为可验证编辑结果，它将警告此更改与另一个分机的现有基础分机设置冲突。在此步骤中，忽略警告。单击 OK（确定）。 |
| 4. | 找到 Base Extension（基础分机）设为 203 的另一个分机，即与用户 B 的分机号码相符。 |
| 5. | 选择分机并将其 Base Extension（基础分机）设置更改为 202，即现在与用户 A 的分机号码相符。如果错误窗格（View（查看）| Error Pane（错误窗格））出现，则关于分机冲突的警告现在应消失。单击 OK（确定）。 |
| 7. | 在每一个分机上，拨打在 IP Office 系统上设置的注销短代码。默认情况下，它为 *36。 |
| • | 如果任何用户被设为 Forced Login（强制登录），他们将必须在其使用登录代码的新分机上完成登录流程。 |
