升级 IP Office 软件

安装好的 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器）包括适用于适合 IP Office 软件版本的控制单元、外部扩展模块和电话的 IP Office 软件文件。可通过以下两种方式升级 IP Office 系统：

•	使用 IP Office 管理器升级向导升级向导是 IP Office Manager（IP Office 管理器）的一部分，可用于升级各种类型的 IP Office 系统。

•	升级系统 SD 卡对于 IP500 V2 控制单元，可通过多种方法来升级系统 SD 卡上的软件。系统重新启动后，将会使用新的软件。

•	WAN3 10/100 模块单独升级各个 WAN3 10/100 模块，仅可在已升级控制单元和任何其它扩展模块后才可升级。

•	升级低于 2.1 版本的系统对于使用 2.0 版本或更低版本软件的 IP Office 系统，升级过程必须通过 PC 完成，该 PC 应具有与 IP Office 处于相同子网和 LAN 网段的固定 IP 地址。

•	多阶段升级因为需要调整内存分配和配置存储，对于某些升级，控制单元可能需要执行多阶段升级过程。下表展示了要求的升级途径。

•	多个管理器如果有多个管理器副本正在运行，IP Office 可以从已启动升级过程的管理器之外的不同管理器请求 BIN 文件。更新 IP Office 系统时，请确保仅有一个管理器副本正在运行。

•	其它 IP Office 应用程序升级 IP Office 控制单元的核心软件可能需要相关软件的升级。通常 IP Office 与大多数 IP Office 应用程序的先前版本兼容，但各个 IP Office 核心软件版本可能会存在例外。IP Office 核心软件版本的技术公告将会详细描述这些例外。
