电源备份 (UPS) |
建议所有电话系统使用不间断电源 (UPS)。即使在很少断电的站点，可能需要偶尔切断电源，以便维护其它设备。此外，大多数 UPS 还提供功率调节元件，以降低尖峰电压和电涌。
UPS 系统的性能以及 UPS 预期支持的总设备负载通常称为 VA。设备负载单位为瓦特，乘以 1.4 得到 VA 负载。
需要多少 UPS 性能的计算取决于几个选择。
| • | 要在 UPS 上应用什么设备？ 切记包括服务器 PC，例如语音邮件。建议新 UPS 的总负载不要超过 75%，从而考虑将来的设备。 |
| • | 需要 UPS 支持多少分钟？ 实际的 UPS 运行时间是可变的，它取决于总设备负载占 UPS 性能的百分比。例如，1000VA 的 UPS 可能仅支持 1000VA (100%) 的负载 5 分钟。此关系不是线性的，同样的 UPS 能支持 500VA (50%) 的负载 16 分钟。因此，使用的性能百分比越低，UPS 运行时间就越长，通常最多可达 8 小时。还应记住，大多数 UPS 的放电与完全充电的时间比率为 1:10。 |
