帐户代码 |
电话系统可以存储大量帐户代码。可以使用帐户代码来跟踪与特定活动或客户相关的呼叫。还可以使用它们来依据特定用户或用户组跟踪呼叫。
| • | 如果在拨打呼叫时或在呼叫过程中输入了帐户代码，该帐户代码将会包含在系统输出的呼叫记录中。 |
| • | 将会根据电话系统存储的帐户代码检查输入的帐户代码。如果输入了无效的代码，将会再次请求帐户代码。 |
| • | 系统管理员可以配置在您可以继续拨打呼叫至此类号码前需要输入帐户代码的特定号码或号码类型。 |
| • | 系统管理员还可以配置您在拨打任何外部呼叫前必须输入帐户代码。 |
