编辑联系人

您可以在您自己的个人目录中编辑联系人。

1.访问您的个人目录联系人：
a.按key contacts “联系人”(CONTACTS) 按键。目录菜单将会显示。
b.使用left arrow 向左和向右 right arrow 箭头按键可以选择您的“个人”(Personal) 目录。
c.可以按下“列表”(List) 功能按键来显示所有的目录条目，或开始拨打名称以仅显示匹配的条目。
•按某个按钮可输入该按钮代表的所有字符。按另一个按钮可将该按钮代表的字符作为下一个可能的字符添加。例如，拨打 527 会同时匹配所有以 JAS 开头（如 Jason）和以 KAR 开头（如 Karl）的名称以及这些按钮代表的任何其他字母组合。
•每个拨号盘按钮所代表的字符取决于您的电话系统使用的语言。请参阅输入字符。
•要删除截止目前输入的所有字符，请按清除。
d.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键来滚动匹配条目。
2.找到所需条目。
3.按下“详细信息”(Details) 功能按键。
4.按“更多”(More) 功能键，然后按“编辑”(Edit) 功能键。
•该菜单现在允许编辑名称和号码。请参阅输入字符。使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以在号码和名称条目之间切换。
•当已视需要输入名称时，按“确定”(OK) 功能按键。
•当已视需要输入号码时，按“保存”(Save) 功能按键。
•如要退出而不进行任何更改，可以按“取消”(Cancel) 功能按键。

注释

1.如果您已被系统管理员配置为系统电话用户，则您还可以添加、编辑和删除某些外部目录联系人。
•这仅适用于在您所登录系统的配置中本地输入的外部目录联系人。
•不能编辑由系统导入的外部目录联系人。
•但是，如果使用与导入条目相同的名称或号码创建本地条目，将会丢弃导入的条目，优先使用本地条目。
