语音信箱

电子邮件模式

语音信箱电子邮件是一个功能，当您的语音信箱收到一条新的语音信箱留言时，该功能可以向您的电子邮件地址发送电子邮件。电子邮件可将语音信箱留言作为附件包含在邮件中，也可以只是进行提示。

通过可视语音菜单，您可以更改语音信箱电子邮件的工作模式。

1. 按 key messages “留言”(MESSAGES) 按钮。根据您的系统的配置方式，可能会要求您输入语音信箱密码并按“完成”(Done) 功能按键。将显示可视语音菜单。
2.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动至选项“电子邮件”(Email)。仅当系统管理员在您的语音信箱设置中设置了您的电子邮件地址时，此选项才可用。
3.请按“选择”(Select) 功能键或“确定”(OK)。
4.菜单将会显示您的当前语音信箱电子邮件模式设置。使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动可用设置：
•“电子邮件模式关”(Email Mode Off)
不发送任何电子邮件。
•“电子邮件模式复制”(Email Mode Copy)
发送附有新语音信箱留言副本的电子邮件。
•“电子邮件模式转接”(Email Mode Fwd)
发送附有新语音信箱留言的电子邮件，并从语音信箱中删除留言。
•“电子邮件模式提示”(Email Mode Alert)
发送告知您有新留言的电子邮件，但不附加留言副本。
5.所需设置显示时，按“选择”(Select) 功能按键。如要退出而不更改任何设置，按“退出”(Exit) 功能按键。

访问控制

您的系统管理员可以配置您是否可以访问此菜单选项。请参阅菜单访问控制。
