此功能的一个按钮集，用于监视寻线组队列的状态。只有启用了排队设置的寻线组才支持此选项。用户不必是所监视组的成员。
该按钮将指示该组何时具有呼叫响铃（绿色闪烁）以及呼叫排队（红色闪烁）。排队是指该组拥有比可用组成员还多的呼叫等待（不包括呼叫响铃）。
