语音信箱

信箱问候留言

语音信箱系统将会向主叫者播放一段常规问候留言，提示主叫者留言。 您可以录制自己的问候留言。

1. 按 key messages “留言”(MESSAGES) 按钮。根据您的系统的配置方式，可能会要求您输入语音信箱密码并按“完成”(Done) 功能按键。将显示可视语音菜单。
2.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动至选项“问候留言”(Greeting)。
2.请按“选择”(Select) 功能键或“确定”(OK)。
3.使用功能按键可以收听和录制您的信箱问候留言。
•“收听”(Listen)
收听当前问候留言或刚刚录制的新问候留言。
•“录制”(Record)
录制新的问候留言。请注意，问候留言的时长必须至少有 3 秒，否则语音信箱系统会将其丢弃。
•“更多”(More)
在不同的可用功能按键功能集之间进行切换。
•“提交”(Submit)
提交新录制的问候留言，用作您的信箱问候留言。
•“删除”(Delete)
删除您的当前信箱问候留言。语音信箱将会使用其默认问候留言。
