会议呼叫

开始会议

如果您还没有保持呼叫，您可以使用下面的过程开始会议。若要了解更多复杂情境，请参阅上下文敏感会议。

1.拨打呼叫至第一方或应答呼叫。
2.按 key conference “会议”(CONFERENCE) 按键。当前呼叫将会自动置于保持状态。
3.拨打您想添加到会议的与会方。
4.如果他们应答并想要加入会议呼叫，可以再次按 key conference “会议”(CONFERENCE) 按键或按“加入”(Join) 功能按键。
5.如果他们不想加入呼叫或不想应答，按 key drop “挂断”(DROP），然后按保持呼叫的状态按键（绿色快闪）。

有关会议呼叫的注释

•您可以使用会议键作为备选方法来转接呼叫；对于内部用户而言，这种方法特别有用。然而，如果您是会议中的唯一内部用户，请记住，您是会议的主持人，您挂断呼叫将会对所有参与者结束会议。
•如果您已保持呼叫，则按会议键将将创建一个包含已连接呼叫和保持呼叫的会议。如果您喜欢，可以添加更多呼叫。
•如果您有“保持等待转接”呼叫，而且您想让您自己、您的当前呼叫以及“保持等待转接”呼叫加入会议，则按会议键将开启包含所有这三方的会议。不会包括其他已保持呼叫，但您可以根据需要添加更多呼叫或挂断自己。
•针对已保持呼叫按会议键会将该呼叫添加到分机的当前呼叫（提醒或已连接）。任何“保持等待转接”呼叫也将添加到该呼叫中。
