驻留呼叫

驻留呼叫与保持呼叫类似。但是,驻留呼叫可被电话系统上的其他用户取消驻留。每个驻留呼叫都有一个号码。默认情况下,号码是您的分机号码加一个数字。

如果您的呼叫驻留时间过长,它们会被返回到您的电话上(空闲时)。默认返回延迟为五分钟。该延迟是应用至所有用户的系统延迟,系统管理员可以对其进行更改。返回的呼叫将会忽略所有的转接或请勿打扰设置。

功能按钮设置为呼叫驻留活动后,可用来驻留和取消驻留呼叫,并指示驻留的呼叫。

默认短代码

短代码是您可以拨号以启用和禁用各种功能的号码。以下为可能可用的默认短代码。但是,您的系统管理员可以删除和更改提供给您或所有用户的短代码。

驻留呼叫: *37*N#
使用在 N 处拨打的驻留号码驻留保持呼叫。
取消呼叫驻留:*38*N#
使用驻留号码 N 将驻留的呼叫取消驻留。
