按钮功能

编程按钮

此过程用于选择和应用功能至功能按键。可以使用该过程来替换或删除现有功能。

1.按“功能”(Features) 功能按键（如显示）。
•如要在呼叫过程中访问菜单，按 right arrow 向右箭头按键或按 key phone “电话”(PHONE) 按键，然后按“功能”(Features) 功能按键。
2.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动显示至选项“电话用户”(Phone User)。
3.请按“选择”(Select) 功能键、“确定”(OK) 按钮或 right arrow 向右箭头按键。
4.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动显示至选项“自助管理员”(Self-Administer)。
5.请按“选择”(Select) 功能键、“确定”(OK) 按钮或 right arrow 向右箭头按键。
6.输入您的登录代码。
7.按“完成”(Done) 功能键。
8.现在可以结合使用菜单和 button 按钮，来选择功能并将其应用到按钮。
9.检查/删除按钮：
a.按 button 按钮以确定目前为该按钮编程的功能。
b.要删除功能，按“删除”(Delete)。要返回菜单，按“返回”(Back)。
10.编程按钮：
a.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 按键滚动浏览您要应用到按钮的功能，并按“选择”(Select)。
b.如果功能需要某些数据，例如一个分机号码或要拨打的号码，则拨打该号码。
c.按您要将功能应用到的 button 按钮。
d.如果按钮已配置了功能，系统会提示您是否要替换现有功能。要替换功能，按“替换”(Replace)。
e.按“返回”(Back)。
11.重复该过程来编程另一个按钮，或者按“返回”(Back) 再按“退出”(Exit) 以完成。
